XELJANZ/XELJANZ XR/XELJANZ Oral Solution is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and ulcerative colitis, who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to one or more TNF blockers. It is also indicated for the treatment of active polyarticular course juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older.
Limitations of Use: XELJANZ/XELJANZ XR is not recommended for use in combination with biologic DMARDs or potent immunosuppressants like azathioprine and cyclosporine. Avoid use with live vaccines.
