When Am I Eligible for a Refund?

U.S. Customs Confiscation

If your medication is confiscated by U.S. Customs at The Bahamas airport or cruise terminal, we will issue a full refund, provided you present valid documentation (see below).

Product Unavailability Before Pickup

If we cannot source your medication after payment, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Delayed Delivery or Missed Pickup (Our Fault)

If an error on our part causes your medication to be delayed, you’re eligible for a full refund or rescheduled delivery.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot process refunds in the following situations:
  • You cancel your trip

  • If you don’t pick up your order

What Do I Need to Request a Refund?

Please submit the following documents:

  • Your PharmaVisa payment confirmation.

  • Customs seizure notice or official communication from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

How Are Refunds Issued?

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after approval.
